The successful Sales Executives will be joining our US Team. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Working with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
Qualifications
4+ years of direct sales experience
Proven knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
College degree
Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
Effective time and territory management skills
Strong product demonstration skills
Able to work from home office and travel to customer locations
JD preferred
Experience in sales to large law firms preferred
Experience in selling software products and/or big data analytics preferred

The successful Data Engineer will be joining to our award winning project Juritool . You'll be designing, developing, maintaining and testing new big data solutions for the organisation using recent technologies such as Scala and Java and the Hadoop database. You'll be working with large sets of data and the work will be innovative and agile.
Key Responsibilities for the Big Data Engineer:
Designing and building big data solutions, meeting business requirements and best practice
Solving big data problems and finding ways to collect, manage and analyse data sets
Constantly evaluating and improving your solutions
Working closely alongside your team including the PM and Data Scientists
5 years + Software or Data Engineering and full lifecycle development experience
Excellent knowledge of data warehousing and RDMS
Excellent knowledge of Java/ Scala/ Python programming languages
1 year+ working with Hadoop technologies and ecosystem, e.g. Spark, Hive & HDFS
NoSQL database understanding
Experience in large scale data processing
Excellent communication skills
